Litti's Chokha recipe #1

As i promised you guys that I'll be posting Chokha recipes for you , so ..here i am with a new chokha recipe. I never break my promise πŸ˜‰. Ingredients needed: Brinjal or eggplant Salt Garlic Mustard oil or any oil (but mustard oil gives it the desired , nice pungent taste.) Onion Green chilies  Fresh coriander Preparing the chokha: Take 2-3 brinjals and cut it in 4 parts but don't separate the stem. Insert 1 garlic in each part or only 2 parts according to your taste.You can either cook the garlic in this way or you can roast it separately over direct flame. Roast the brinjal over direct flame or you can even smoke or barbecue it. Check the brinjal when cooked, it will become soft and it easily separates form the stem. Now mash the brinjal in a bowl and add salt,Garlic,Mustard oil ,Onion,Green chilies and Fresh coriander  Mix it all nicely. Brinjal chokha is ready.πŸ˜‹πŸ˜Š Enjoy with Liiti, Bati or jut eat it with hot Phulka Rotis or Chapatis.

Macaroni recipe #1

We all love macaroni and pastas so here's a recipe with an Indian twist 😎and I'm sure you all will love it.πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹ Serving : 2 people Preparation time : 20 minutes Ingredients needed: Capsicum Onion Tomatoes Green chilies Tomatoes Ginger garlic paste Mustard seeds Onion Ginger Salt Ginger Chili powder Garlic  Oil for cooking. Elbow macaroni.(250 gms) Let's get started: Boil macaroni. Cut all the vegetables in any shape or size you like. Now heat oil in a pan and add crackle some mustard seeds. Add onion and saute' until golden and transparent. Now add capsicum,ginger garlic paste and cook. Add tomatoes when all the vegetables are done as doing so will not make the tomatoes overcooked.  Add salt, macaroni and soy sauce and mix all the ingredients together. Serve with tomato or chili sauce. Your delicious macaroni is ready, so lift your forks and dig in...πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹ Trust me it's really very tasty...and you can trust me because

Sattu paratha (Toasted gram flour paratha)

This recipe is almost as same as the Litti Chokha recipe. The only difference is that the litti is made with the filled roundels and is cooked as it is, but while making parathas we roll out these roundels. So let's see exactly how. Ingredients needed: For the outer covering: Wheat flour or you can also use multi grain flour. Salt. Samal fennel OR kalaunji / mangraila For the filling: T oasted gram flour  or  Sattu. Salt Vegetable oil. Samal fennel OR  kalaunji / mangraila Lemon juice Fresh coriander Green chilies Preparing the outer covering: Take 1⁄2 kg of wheat flour into a bowl. Add salt, Samal fennel seeds and a tablespoon oil into the wheat flour and mix all the ingredients properly. Knead the dough soft by adding water as needed. Keep aside. Preparing the filling: Take 150-200 gms of   T oasted gram flour .  or  Sattu in a small bowl. Add  Salt, Vegetable oil, Samal fennel OR  kalaunji / mangraila, Lemon juice,Fresh coriander,Green c

Potato Sandwich

Serving : 2 people Preparation time : 20 minutes Ingredients needed: Potato(300gms) Salt Ginger garlic paste(Optional) Turmeric Chili powder(Optional) Brown bread Onion Preparing the filling: Boil and peel potatoes. Mash it properly. Cut onion and cook it until transparent. Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric and chili powder and cook till oil separates. Add mashed potatoes to the prepared masala , add salt and mix until all the ingredients combine properly.  Preparing the Sandwich: Now add some ghee to the pan, toast a bread ,add prepared potato filling and spread it evenly. Paneer Paratha

I personally love Paneer.... When i was little my father used to comment "Se can even eat a piece of a paper in which the word ' Paneer ' is written😝", this is how much i love paneer. So the point of telling you this story was i love putting paneer everywhere and i'm gonna post may paneer recipes so if you also like it you can follow my recipesπŸ™. I  know we all love eating healthy and want to stay fit. But sometimes we are not able to do so either because of lack of time or sometimes w are so tired and feel lazy to Cook anything and ends up eating junk food. Thus soup is super easy to make and the best thing about it is that it does not need your attention or a lot of work to do. Hiya friends.. here's another chokha recipe you would like and its 😎 superr.. easy to make. Perfect for lazy people like us..πŸ˜˜πŸ˜‹ Ingredients needed: Potato Mustard oil or any oil (but mustard oil gives it the desired , nice pungent taste.) Salt Green chilies  Dried red chilies Preparing the chokha: Boil potatoes Mash it properly. Now put a pot on the stove and heat little mustard oil in it. Now crackle 2-3 dried red chilies in it. Add mashed potatoes. Add green chilies.(you can skip this step if you can't handle spicy food) Add salt, mash and cook for 5-7 minutes. In this post i'll be showing you how to make a Harry Potter wand at home that looks as good as original and is super easy to make :).Also it is better than purchasing it from amazon (for 600 rs) for your stubborn child . It can be used for cosplays,school dramas or any occasion like that. So.. just   Do It YourSelf. Things you need : A straight wood stick (Just pluck a branch from your neighbor's favorite tree for that)or a pencil(I used a pencil cuz that can actually be used πŸ˜‰). A glue gun(Just don't shoot anyone with that ..okay πŸ˜‡ ). Acrylic colors.(You can also use water colors if you don't have acrylic paint but the paint will wash away. ) Paint brushes.
