Let's get started:

     Making Manchurian balls:
  1. Cut all your veggies in small pieces(or as you like), I grated the carrots instead of cutting.
  2. Now take 5 spoons of  all purpose flour/maida and 2 1⁄2 spoons of cornflour in a big bowl.
  3. Add the half amount of your vegetables in the bowl.
  4. Mix it nicely so the vegetables and the flour is properly mixed.
  5. Add salt according to taste and mix.
  6. Make balls and keep it on the baking tray.
  7. Bake (I fried them cuz I don't have an oven) the Manchurian balls and keep it aside.

      Preparing the gravy:

  1. Add 2 spoons of cornflour in 1⁄2 cup water. And add one packet of Ching's Manchurian Masala as per the instruction on the packet for the gravy.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add onions and saute'.
  4. Add all the vegetables one by one when the onions have turned translucent.
  5. Add the masala and the cornflour solution into the cooked vegetables and let it boil for a few minutes.
  6. Add more water if needed.
  7. Add manchurian balls in the gravy to soften it.
  8. Boil for a few more minutes and then remove from the flame.
