Potato Sandwich
A raw potato is 79% water, 17% carbohydrates (88% is starch), 2% protein, and contains negligible fat . In an amount measuring 100 grams (3.5 oz), raw potato provides 322 kilojoules (77 kilocalories) of energy and is a rich source of vitamin B6 and vitamin C (23% and 24% of the Daily Value, respectively), with no other vitamins or minerals in significant amount.

Ingredients needed:
- Potato(300gms)
- Salt
- Ginger garlic paste(Optional)
- Turmeric
- Chili powder(Optional)
- Brown bread
- Onion
Preparing the filling:
- Boil and peel potatoes.
- Mash it properly.
- Cut onion and cook it until transparent.
- Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric and chili powder and cook till oil separates.
- Add mashed potatoes to the prepared masala , add salt and mix until all the ingredients combine properly.
Preparing the Sandwich:
- Now add some ghee to the pan, toast a bread ,add prepared potato filling and spread it evenly.
- Toast the other side also.
- Your sandwich is ready , easy isn't it?ππ
