Potato Sandwich

A raw potato is 79% water, 17% carbohydrates (88% is starch), 2% protein, and contains negligible fat . In an amount measuring 100 grams (3.5 oz), raw potato provides 322 kilojoules (77 kilocalories) of energy and is a rich source of vitamin B6 and vitamin C (23% and 24% of the Daily Value, respectively), with no other vitamins or minerals in significant amount.

Ingredients needed:
  1. Potato(300gms)
  2. Salt
  3. Ginger garlic paste(Optional)
  4. Turmeric
  5. Chili powder(Optional)
  6. Brown bread
  7. Onion
Preparing the filling:
  1. Boil and peel potatoes.
  2. Mash it properly.
  3. Cut onion and cook it until transparent.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric and chili powder and cook till oil separates.
  5. Add mashed potatoes to the prepared masala , add salt and mix until all the ingredients combine properly.

 Preparing the Sandwich:
  1. Now add some ghee to the pan, toast a bread ,add prepared potato filling and spread it evenly.
  2. Toast the other side also.
  3. Your sandwich is ready , easy isn't it?πŸ˜ŽπŸ˜ƒ
