I know we all love Manchurian but some of us refrain ourselves to eat it either because it includes oil for frying or is very time taking and not easy to make. So i present you a recipe that is both healthy and easy. And it includes fibrous and nutritious fresh vegetables. Actually a lot of it ....😊. It is ideal for your children who doesn't like eating vegetables. You can trick them into eating vegetables with this recipe. 😈 Wicked.. isn't it. Ingredients you'll be needing: Cabbage Capsicum French beans Coriander Green chilies Carrots Scallions or Spring onions Onion Ginger All purpose flour Cornflour Salt Ginger garlic paste(optional) Oil for frying and cooking. Hiya friends.. here's another chokha recipe you would like and its 😎 superr.. easy to make. Perfect for lazy people like us..πŸ˜˜πŸ˜‹ Ingredients needed: Potato Mustard oil or any oil (but mustard oil gives it the desired , nice pungent taste.) Salt Green chilies  Dried red chilies Preparing the chokha: Boil potatoes Mash it properly. Now put a pot on the stove and heat little mustard oil in it. Now crackle 2-3 dried red chilies in it. Add mashed potatoes. Add green chilies.(you can skip this step if you can't handle spicy food) Add salt, mash and cook for 5-7 minutes.
