A raw potato is 79% water, 17% carbohydrates (88% is starch ), 2% protein , and contains negligible fat . In an amount measuring 100 grams (3.5 oz), raw potato provides 322 kilojoules (77 kilocalories ) of energy and is a rich source of vitamin B6 and vitamin C (23% and 24% of the Daily Value , respectively), with no other vitamins or minerals in significant amount. Serving : 2 people Preparation time : 20 minutes Ingredients needed: Potato(300gms) Salt Ginger garlic paste(Optional) Turmeric Chili powder(Optional) Brown bread Onion Preparing the filling: Boil and peel potatoes. Mash it properly. Cut onion and cook it until transparent. Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric and chili powder and cook till oil separates. I personally love Paneer.... When i was little my father used to comment "Se can even eat a piece of a paper in which the word ' Paneer ' is written😝", this is how much i love paneer. So the point of telling you this story was i love putting paneer everywhere and i'm gonna post may paneer recipes so if you also like it you can follow my recipesπŸ™. Serving : 2 people Preparation time : 20 minutes Ingredients needed: Paneer (100gms)/cottage cheese Salt Green chilies Fresh coriander Maggi masala Vegetable oil Cumin /Jeera Wheat flour or you can also use multi grain flour. Lets prepare the outer covering: Take 250-300 gms of wheat flour into a bowl. Add salt, and a tablespoon oil into the wheat and mix all the ingredients properly. Perfect for lazy people like us..πŸ˜˜πŸ˜‹ Ingredients needed: Potato Mustard oil or any oil (but mustard oil gives it the desired , nice pungent taste.) Salt Green chilies  Dried red chilies Preparing the chokha: Boil potatoes Mash it properly. Now put a pot on the stove and heat little mustard oil in it. Now crackle 2-3 dried red chilies in it. Add mashed potatoes. Add green chilies.(you can skip this step if you can't handle spicy food) Add salt, mash and cook for 5-7 minutes.
