Lazy healthy Veg soup.
Ingredients needed:
- Spinach
- Tomatoes
- Carrots(Optional)
- Beetroot(Optional)
- Salt
How to make it:
- Rinse all the vegetables thoroughly with water.
- Break the spinach bundle into half using your hand.Or you can cut it into smaller pieces if you have time.
- Cut the tomatoes in four pieces.You can cut other vegetables into smaller pieces if you are using them.
- Now put all the vegetables in a pressure cooker and a lots of water.
- Add salt,close the lid,and bring it to a boil .
- Now separate the juice from the vegetables (you can keep the vegetables if you like to eat them).
