Lazy healthy Veg soup.

I  know we all love eating healthy and want to stay fit. But sometimes we are not able to do so either because of lack of time or sometimes w are so tired and feel lazy to Cook anything and ends up eating junk food. Thus soup is super easy to make and the best thing about it is that it does not need your attention or a lot of work to do. So.. lets see how to make it..😊

Ingredients needed:

  1. Spinach 
  2. Tomatoes
  3. Carrots(Optional)
  4. Beetroot(Optional)
  5. Salt


How to make it:
  1. Rinse all the vegetables thoroughly with water.
  2. Break the spinach bundle into half using your hand.Or you can cut it into smaller pieces if you have time.
  3. Cut the tomatoes in four pieces.You can cut other vegetables into smaller pieces if you are using them.
  4. Now put all the vegetables in a pressure cooker and  a lots of water.
  5. Add salt,close the lid,and bring it to a boil .
  6. Now separate the juice from the vegetables (you can keep the vegetables if you like to eat them).      

This recipe is super easy to male and you can even store it for longer time if you keep it in a refrigerator. I like my soup with the veggies but you can also have it as a clear soup, you can just separate them.πŸ˜‹
