how to make tasty masala samosa.

We all love samosas whatever it's variety or shape is .Samosa is a popular Indian snack food originally originated in Central Asia. And this recipe is a twist of  the regular, potato samosa, and i am sure everyone would love this lip smacking new twist.πŸ˜˜πŸ˜‹................


    Serving : 2 people
    Preparation time : 20 minutes

    Ingredients needed:


    1. Paneer (100gms)
    2. Salt
    3. Green chilies
    4. Fresh coriander
    5. Maggi masala
    6. Mayonnaise
    7. All purpose flour or maida (250gms)
    8. Cumin /Jeera
    9. Carom seeds/Ajwain
    10. Vegetable oil
    Lets prepare the outer covering:
    1. Take 250 gms of all purpose flour or maida into a big bowl.
    2. Add 40-50 ml vegetable oil,salt according to your taste,fennel seeds,and carom seeds in it.
    3. Knead the dough hard,do not add too much water.
    4. Keep aside.
    Preparing the filling:
    1. Cut chili and coriander leaves in small pieces.
    2. Take a smaller bowl and add paneer, chilies and coriander leaves in it.
    3. Now add mayonnaise and Maggi masala in it and add some salt according to your taste.
    4. Mix all the ingredients together.
    5. Keep aside.

    Preparing the samosa:


    1. Roll the dough with a rolling pin and cut it in half .
    2. Take one piece and make a triangle shape using water.
    3. Fill it with the prepared filling.
    4. Close it using water.
    5. Deep fry or bake accordingly as you like to eat it.
    6. Serve hot with chutney or tomato sauce.
