We all love samosas whatever it's variety or shape is .Samosa is a popular Indian snack food originally originated in Central Asia. And this recipe is a twist of the regular, potato samosa, and i am sure everyone would love this lip smacking new twist.ππ................

Ingredients needed:
- Paneer (100gms)
- Salt
- Green chilies
- Fresh coriander
- Maggi masala
- Mayonnaise
- All purpose flour or maida (250gms)
- Cumin /Jeera
- Carom seeds/Ajwain
- Vegetable oil
Lets prepare the outer covering:
- Take 250 gms of all purpose flour or maida into a big bowl.
- Add 40-50 ml vegetable oil,salt according to your taste,fennel seeds,and carom seeds in it.
- Knead the dough hard,do not add too much water.
- Keep aside.
Preparing the filling:
- Cut chili and coriander leaves in small pieces.
- Take a smaller bowl and add paneer, chilies and coriander leaves in it.
- Now add mayonnaise and Maggi masala in it and add some salt according to your taste.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Keep aside.
Preparing the samosa:
- Roll the dough with a rolling pin and cut it in half .
- Take one piece and make a triangle shape using water.
- Fill it with the prepared filling.
- Close it using water.
- Deep fry or bake accordingly as you like to eat it.
- Serve hot with chutney or tomato sauce.
