It provides antioxidants and phytonutrients that can protect against cancer . It also contains fiber to enhance weight loss and digestion , choline that is essential for learning and memory, and many other important nutrients . Serving : 2 people Preparation time : 20 minutes Ingredients needed: Cauliflower(300 gms) Salt Green chilies Fresh coriander Vegetable oil Cumin /Jeera Wheat flour or you can also use multi grain flour. Lets prepare the outer covering: Take 250-300 gms of wheat flour into a bowl. Add salt, and a tablespoon oil into the wheat and mix all the ingredients properly.
