Gobhi paratha(Cauliflower Paratha)

Cauliflower is a cruciferous vegetable that is naturally high in fiber and B-vitamins. It provides antioxidants and phytonutrients that can protect against cancer. It also contains fiber to enhance weight loss and digestion, choline that is essential for learning and memory, and many other important nutrients.

Preparation time : 20 minutes
Ingredients needed:
- Cauliflower(300 gms)
- Salt
- Green chilies
- Fresh coriander
- Vegetable oil
- Cumin /Jeera
- Wheat flour or you can also use multi grain flour.
Lets prepare the outer covering:
- Take 250-300 gms of wheat flour into a bowl.
- Add salt, and a tablespoon oil into the wheat and mix all the ingredients properly.
- Knead the dough soft by adding water as needed.
- Keep aside.
Preparing the filling:
- Grate Cauliflower
- Heat pan and add Cumin /Jeera seeds in it and let it crackle/tarka lagae
- Add grated Cauliflower/gobhi,Chili powder, Coriander powder and mix them properly.
- Now add salt and cook for 1-2 minutes. Then remove from flame.
- Cover and cook for some time.
- Make roundels and shape it into a cup using your hand.
Preparing the paratha:
- Make roundels and shape it into a cup using your hand.
- Place 1-2 spoons of your prepared filling in the center of the cup.
- Now close the cup and roll it with a rolling pin.
- Toast the parathas on a frying pan/tava.
