So enjoy and subscribe to my blog if you like my recipes.๐๐ Cauliflower is a cruciferous vegetable that is naturally high in fiber and B- vitamins . It provides antioxidants and phytonutrients that can protect against cancer . It also contains fiber to enhance weight loss and digestion , choline that is essential for learning and memory, and many other important nutrients . Serving : 2 people Preparation time : 20 minutes Ingredients needed: Cauliflower(300 gms) Salt Green chilies Fresh coriander Vegetable oil Cumin /Jeera Wheat flour or you can also use multi grain flour. Lets prepare the outer covering: Take 250-300 gms of wheat flour into a bowl. Add salt, and a tablespoon oil into the wheat and mix all the ingredients properly. Mash it properly. Cut onion and cook it until transparent. Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric and chili powder and cook till oil separates. Add mashed potatoes to the prepared masala , add salt and mix until all the ingredients combine properly. Break the spinach bundle into half using your hand.Or you can cut it into smaller pieces if you have time.
